Meco Barbecue and Smoker Cookbook Review

I encountered this book in a used bookstore. I'm an athlete and tend to eat "low carb" most of the time (and the carbs I do eat tend to be complex). Thing is: I'm also in love with good food and good drink, and love it when guests take a bite of something I've made and exclaim, "D***, this is delicious! How can you eat like this and not be fat!? Especially at your age!?" (Well, I guess I do wish they'd leave off that last bit.)
SO, ok - the point is, this book has so many recipes I want to try, I'll be spending a year or so working just with it, and no other! (I've already tried ten or so of them, and they've been great.) I'd like to say I cooked them all outdoors on my MECO grill (I do have one), but the truth is, I've cooked more than half of them inside, on my George Foreman.
The only downside - no ebook! If you want to keep a recipe (assuming you use one of the electronic recipe programs such as "Now You're Cooking" or "Meal Master") you've got some typing to do.
