The Savu smoker bags (alder) do a great job grilling/smoking fish, salmon filets in particular. Preparation is simple, some (lime-flavoured) olive oil and honey on the fish, into the bag, and onto the grill. Tasty and moist. I still prefer salmon done on a cedar plank (on the grill), but this is a close second. And cleanup is a breeze.
