You can't beat this product for price, quality, ease of use, service or results. I researched many electric smokers before I bought this one and was a bit worried because it was the low end of the price scale (you get what you pay for). I was thrilled to be wrong about this one. It's dead simple to use. Insert wood chunks, insert meat, close door and turn on. One simple dial is all the electronics on the smoker. The temperature is accurate, the smoker is stainless steel and well insulated (you can lean on it even when it is smoking on high heat)and the results are delicious. I've smoked everything from garlic to pulled pork. It will hold a decent sized (15-18 lb) turkey and has enough racks to hold a half dozen chickens. I could go on and on. It's great. Get a digital thermometer to drop down through the smoke hole and into the meat and just ignore it until the thermometer beeps.
