Good overall quality for the price, ash tray was metal not a plastic compost. I never did find the other grommet for the second hose, It could have been lost in all the Styrofoam peanuts or overall never shipped but that's not a big deal as I never really looked for it until after I threw away the packaging. The hoses are cheap non-washable hoses but really what else are you expecting to come with a hooka under $100Glass base is beautiful, overall a very good starting hookah.
