Emeril by Viking EG300 Culinary Outdoor Gas Grill Review
I just purchased the Emeril Gas Grill by Viking, and it is a great product! To begin, the assembly was very simple and straightforward. The manual was easy to follow, and the total assembly time was less that 90 minutes. They even provide all the tools you need to put it together!Once built, the unit is very solid. Many of the side pieces are powder-coated and look like they will last a really long time. The stainless steel panels were all in perfect shape. The grill looks MUCH better in person than the photos show.
The performance so far is outstanding! The heat bars below the cast iron grills provide very even heating, and the unit heats up very quickly....and it cooks great! Threw some chicken on last night and it came out moist and delicious.
The price is $200 less than the Weber I was looking at, and the Viking grill is bigger, and I own other Viking products that are all very high quality.
I would suggest a cover option....other than that, a great grill at a great price!
