This is indeed non-stick! (Even though I always use spray just to be on the safe side.) For anyone purchasing the Breville toaster oven (absolutely the best on the market) this fits perfectly!!! Ribs take 2 and 1/2 hours at 350 deg. I put the corn on for the last hour, buttered and sprinlked with parmesian cheese. Potatoes also take an hour.
