Masterbuilt GS30 30-Inch Black Propane Square Smoker Review
My wife purchased this smoker at Sears for $159.00, which is cheaper than what is listed on Amazon.com. While assembling I noticed the holes for the rack supports were not drilled in the correct locations to support the racks level. Instead of returning, I drilled two holes in the support beams in order to correct the deficiency. Seems to have worked pretty good. I smoked a rack of ribs, 2 tri-tip briskets, 6 turkey legs and a turkey breast all at the same time. It all turned out great. Although I would have liked to have a smoker with a separate door for the fire box, I did not have a problem with lost heat due to opening the single door to put more wood chips in.
