In less than 2 summers: new set of burners (cracked) and new manifold assembly (knob valves badly seized due to corrosion). Yes I left it outside during winter but the manufacturer does not recommend not doing so. I ALWAYS put the cover on after use and honestly I'm more careful with the bbq than with my cars... I'll probably won't buy Napoleon next time. I'll probably go for a Walmart/Costco bargain. If they break, at least you don't feel you wasted a thousand bucks like in this case... Hope it helps.Fair is to say that in both cases I got the replacement parts for free from Napoleon (only had to pay shipping on the manifold assembly)
