Gourmet Charcoal Smoker/grill Review
I've had my smoker for two years now and its been a pleasure to use. I've smoked full size turkeys, brats, pork butts, chickens, salmon, etc. I do have some advice on smoking, I use a foil pack method for my wood chips and find that a little goes a long way. In fact, if you want a very light smoke flavor just use regular charcoal, use a hickory charcoal for a bit more and add the foil pack for additional.I added some "S" hooks to the top rack so I can hang my sausages rather than laying them on the rack, works great.
I hope you enjoy this smoker as much as I've enjoyed mine.
