Admetior Grill Smoke Thermometer Review
I have an older 22" Weber Charcoal Grill. I needed a means to measure internal temperature for "Low and Slow" BBQ-ing. I thought about purchasing a new Weber Charcoal Grill that includes a lid thermometer but I just couldn't justify spending over $300 for a new grill when mine worked just fine. The T702BBQ Thermometer is a perfect size for a 22" Weber. The stem is about the same length as the Thermometer that comes with the new weber grills. You simply need to drill a 1/2" hole on the top of your lid to install this thermometer. I installed mine in the center near the Handle. After installing I smoked a 7lbs Pork Butt for 9-hours and was able to maintain a constant internal temperature between 225 and 250.
